The Uprise House Plan construction documents were designed to comply with the British Columbia Building Code (British Columbia, Canada) and the local municipalities of Kelowna and Lake Country, British Columbia.  Our plans are designed to provide important information to build your house, but every municipality, province/state, or country will have a variation in their own building code requirements.  There may be possible changes required in your specific building department that will require modifications to the plans in order to comply.

The purchase of these house plans provides you with construction documents in PDF format (option for DWG/CAD file format available).  Construction documents are set to A1 paper size (24" x 36”), and the sheets included in the construction document package are listed above.  We recommend printing in black and white for cost effective prints.  The license to construct a single structure on a single lot only also entitles you the right to print drawing sets to distribute to required sub-trades and consultants for use on the licensed lot.
